Our Classes
In all our classes we teach:
Full body engagement: How to move torso, arms, hands, legs, hips and even the head with style
Communication with the dance partner: the art and techniques of following and leading
Patterns
Footwork to use when dancing solo (shine steps) to spice up your dancing
How to be in harmony with the music
No partner required: We rotate partners so you learn to dance with different people.
Each Session lasts 45 minutes followed by 15 minutes of guided practice.

Group Classes: the opportunity to meet, adapt, and grow!
In our Group classes you will learn in a group of 10 or more people. It is not required to bring a partner. We rotate students, giving everyone the opportunity to meet, adapt, and grow!
We provide Salsa, Bachata and Rumba/ChaCha classes for different levels. Each level consists of three sessions: Session I, Session II and Session III. Each Session contains four 60-minute lessons. Upon completion of each Level we will assess and advise which level to take next. Feel free to take the same level again, our classes are refreshed regularly! We strongly advise to start classes with Intro to Social Latin Dancing class advancing to Beginner, Intermediate and then Advanced Level.
Each class lasts 60 minutes, split into 45 minutes of instruction and 15 minutes of guided practice.

Intro to Social Latin Dancing
When: Monday, 7pm - 8pm | Thursday, 8pm - 9pm
Have fun while learning basic moves and techniques that are essential to Salsa, Bachata, and Merengue. Enjoy our flexible environment and get ready for a great time at a Latin club or social. As our methodology focuses on the core elements of the Latin dancing, beginners learn the basics while intermediate dancers tune-up their technique to improve.

Salsa for Beginners

Salsa Shines & Footwork
When: Monday, 9pm - 10pm
Beginner to advanced dancers welcome to join this class specializing in Shines (footwork) and stylization for both men and women. This is a very energetic class. So get ready to sweat. This is a no partner class. No partner required.
Bachata for Beginners
When: Thursday, 9pm - 10pm
Learn this sensual dance that has gained popularity recently. This dance originated in Dominican Republic. Even though its origin can be traced to the sixties, Bachata music and dance has been evolving due to the influence of other rhythms, dances and instruments.
Leading and Following in Social Dancing
