This LIVE interactive class uses a mix of dance and workout moves to improve your overall mood, help to stretch and work muscles, and definitely make you sweat! Get energized to upbeat music while staying at home! Though each class has a specific goal, you will have a chance to engage all muscle groups and have an excellent cardio workout.
